I have one of these smoothies every morning and they are soooooo good!!!
What you'll need:
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (check the ingredients!! a lot of natural peanut butters out there have sugar added! you want some that's only peanuts and MAYBE a little bit of salt)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (i just use an entire individual cup)
- lots of spinach (i usually use about 2 giant handfuls)
- and a blender! i'm using my handy dandy Ninja that I got as a gift at my bridal shower a few weeks ago! i absolutely looooove it!
and then blend it all up!
now time to enjoy the healthy deliciousness that is this smoothie!!
